All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They must not be administered to humans or animals, used in food, drink or cosmetics, or applied in any clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic setting.
Regulatory position in the UK
Research peptides are not controlled drugs. Buying or holding them as reagents for genuine laboratory research is not restricted in the way medicines are.
Supplying or promoting them for human use is restricted. An unlicensed product marketed for people falls within the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. For that reason we do not provide dosing guidance, administration advice, protocols for human use, or any claim of therapeutic, cosmetic or performance benefit — and we will decline requests for them.
No medical claims
Nothing on this website is a claim that any product prevents, treats, cures or diagnoses any condition, or that it produces any effect in a human being. Where research literature is referenced, it is described as published research and not as a representation about our products.
Conditions of purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes only, and that you accept these terms of supply.
Buyer responsibilities
- Confirm that possession and import of research reagents is lawful in your jurisdiction
- Ensure material is handled by appropriately trained personnel in a suitable facility
- Carry out your own risk assessment before use
- Dispose of material in accordance with local regulations
- Never transfer material to a person intending it for human or veterinary use
No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
Material is supplied to the specification stated on its certificate of analysis. Beyond that specification we give no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular experimental application. Determining suitability for your protocol is the responsibility of the receiving researcher.
Limitation of liability
Products are supplied on the basis that they will be used solely for lawful in-vitro research. We accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use outside that scope, from failure to observe stated storage and handling conditions, or from use by anyone not qualified to handle laboratory reagents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Right to refuse supply
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, without giving reasons, where we believe material may be intended for human or veterinary use or for any purpose outside laboratory research. Where an order is refused, payment is returned in full.
